Connor Treacy is a Los Angeles–based entrepreneur, music executive, and civic leader whose ventures operate at the intersection of entertainment, business, and politics.
By 19, he orchestrated a viral “Project X”–style event that captured national media attention and opened doors to elite industry networks. He went on to co-found OffSunset, a West Hollywood nightclub that generated over $4M in its first year and became a cultural hub for A-list artists and industry leaders.
As a Manager at Universal Music Group, Connor contributed to Grammy-winning and multi-platinum projects — including Dua Lipa’s Future Nostalgia (Best Pop Vocal Album) — and helped develop breakout acts like Yungblud. Through Connor Treacy Management, his projects have surpassed 1B+ streams, secured major publishing deals, and raised capital for emerging artists.
Beyond entertainment, Connor serves as an elected Outreach Officer for the Del Rey Neighborhood Council (City of Los Angeles) and as Senator Ben Allen’s appointed Alternate to the Los Angeles County Democratic Party Central Committee, where he supports policy initiatives and countywide Democratic engagement. He also chairs Major Events for the Stonewall Democratic Club, producing high-impact programs that elevate civic participation and progressive leadership across Los Angeles.
Holding a B.A. from Penn State and an M.S.L. from USC Gould School of Law, and currently pursuing his MBA at USC Marshall, Connor continues to expand his executive ventures and civic partnerships — uniting entertainment, capital, and community leadership to shape Los Angeles’ next era of cultural and political innovation.
